Do people I share with need to pay?

No. Anyone you invite to a board can look, comment and download (and add images, if you let them) on any plan, Free included. Images on your boards count towards your plan, whoever adds them.

What happens if I go over 150 images on Free?

Nothing is deleted. You just can't add more until you upgrade or remove some.

Who counts as a student?

Anyone with a university email (ending .ac.uk, .edu or similar). Verify it in your Profile with a code we email to it; it's good for a year, then you verify again.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your Profile. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted. Changed your mind? Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days: see the refund policy.

Who handles payments?

Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. They take the payment, add any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country, and send the receipts. Framebank never sees your card details.
